Setup: Rows of 23 conference chairs facing the front (no tables)
Capacity: Up to 23 people
Perfect for seated audiences with a speaker or presenter.3. Circle or Open Plan Layout
Ideal For: Community groups, discussion circles, creative sessions Setup: Chairs arranged in a circle or semi-circle, open central space Capacity: 20–23 people depending on spacing
